Empathy or understanding user’s needs and feelings is necessary to create a user-friendly website. Empathic design approach involves user-centered design approach that emphasize the importance of incorporating user feelings in their design. However, detachment between designers and users often results in damaging user experience and fail designers and developers to deliver a better user experience. This is why UX designers have to pay special attention to deliver best user experience.

This has clearly shown the importance of focusing on empathy while creating website design in California. Empathy design demands designers and developers to understand user needs and problems they may face while using a website. Don’t just focus on the professional and business goals to develop a site with sophisticated technology and complex functionalities. It will fail to satisfy users, if prospects receive surprise at every single step of navigation.

• Learn about your audience to know for whom you are designing it. • After that construct a point of view on the basis of user needs. • Brainstorm to come up with creative solutions. • Pickup couple of ideas and build a representation to show others. • Resume to original user group to test ideas and collect feedbacks.
