    Hi Shiva,

Could you try to logout and login again?. If you are using Magento compiler could you try to recompile your classes?

    Best regards,

    Laura

Hi Laura,            I have tried the options you have mentioned above but still i got the same error. I have uninstalled the extension and run the compilation and clear both the cache and index management. After that i have installed the extension once again and i got the same error once again. If i done anything wrong then guide me to work out it.

Can you do this after the module has been installed? Or at least, disable the compiler while installing Beetailer.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    Best regards,

    Laura

Hi Laura,             Thanks for you support. Now i have successfully installed the Beetailer extension in my store. Btw I have created Beetailer account and to fully setup an account I am asked to provide store URL, API User, and API Key. My question is where we can get this API User and API Key? After that i got a error as 'Module is required' and also i have checked the 'Magento Common Issue Section'. But after that i got the same error as 'Module is required'. Can you guide me to overcome this issue?

    Hi Sivakumar,

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but it looks there is something weird in your end. We have thousands of installations.

If our system is unable to detect the module in your Magento store, we cannot have access to it.

Can you check you are not receiving errors during the installation? Could you check out your logs too?

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    Best regards,

    Laura
